Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Answering calls Explaining the various services offered by Recco Home Care, we will train Monitoring electronic visit verification dashboard to ensure the calls made in and out are properly recorded on client's schedule.
Respond to client/caregiver grievances, questions, and program related needs Assist and ensure completion of all new candidates required paperwork Follow up with missing documentation Ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, well organized, have an eye for detail and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in the Home Health Care office a plus - but will train.
Experience obtaining service authorizations from Insurance, State and County payor sources a plus.
Experience Human Resources a plus.
Bi-lingual Spanish a plus Must have office experience.
