Training in best practices for telehealth Continuing education (CE) programs and training Weekly training opportunities Advancement opportunities within the organization Job Description The Milieu Manager works collaboratively with the Program Director or Executive Director and the Director of Milieu Management to manage the program and facility.
The Milieu Manager is responsible for managing the milieu staff and promoting a positive work culture within the program.
The Milieu Manager also takes responsibility for the physical facility and condition of the milieu to ensure the treatment spaces are safe, secure, and therapeutic.
Essential Job Functions Management of the clinical milieu and promotion of a positive, HIPPA compliant, streamlined, safe, and secure therapeutic platform within the program Participates in the patient intake, ongoing assessment and discharge process- completes necessary paperwork with patients and families Plays an active role in treatment team by providing important updates for treatment team members and taking meeting minutes to publish for review Take notes during the weekly treatment team meeting and publish for staff to review Provides milieu support and coverage as needed such as community meeting, psychoeducational groups, and meals Manages individual session/group session scheduling, ensures adherence by the entire staff to the program schedule Manages patient charts and completes audits in a timely manner Tracks and reports client attendance Assists clients with technological challenges Assess clients for safety who drop out of the group unexpectedly Work collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure effective program flow RTC Only:
Coordinates and communicates weekly community outing for approved patients.
RTC Only:
Participates in a weekly on call rotation alternating with team members.
