In this role, you will be our customers' first point of contact and will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer support experience.

Identifies needs of customers and suggest services and/or products that are specific to the customer needs to generate sales Handle customer calls/correspondence for service, scheduling, invoicing, and billing inquiries daily Communicates with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues Manage brand reputation through direct dealings with customers either by phone or email Manage customer accounts via proprietary software system Sales calls to previously established contacts Non-negotiables:
High school diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED) or equivalent Competent computer skills including MS Office (MS Word, Excel, etc.
) Strong ability to perform sale phone calls Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings Some basic math skills Reliable transportation to work A little about us:
